What’s inside this 9-week journal: Weekly Mental Reps: The first day of each week will begin with a mental skills exercise. You will learn a new skill and how to implement it into your mental game. Daily Check Ins: These are the daily reflections you’ll do to check in with your mindset, celebrate yourself, and keep a record of how your mindset is affecting your performance. Weekly Check Ins: The last day of each week will be a day to reflect on the week and take a look at what’s been going well for you.
