Workout check in:

In order to get stronger in our pitching, we need to train. Training will help you gain accuracy, speed, and confidence. Exercise could be anywhere from stretching, yoga, walking, going to the gym, to climbing a mountain, doing a HIIT workout, anything that is beneficial to your physical health and is challenging. You will describe the movement to remember what you have done.

Practice check in:

Rate your physical performance on a scale of 1 through 10. Circle your rating. 10 being the best. Your physical performance is how you did in your pitching only. Rate your mental talk based on how you were focused and if your self-talk was helpful or not. Write down what you need to work on and be specific on any drills that you'll need to do. Write down something you accomplished in the practice as well. Find something positive that happened. There is no such thing as a bad day, just bad moments.

Game day check in:

After every game, rate your physical performance and your mental talk. Pay attention to your stats so you can remember them and track your progress. You'll need to remember innings pitched, strike outs, walks, and earned runs. In the notes section, you can add how many hard hits there were, if you fielded the ball, or anything else that is relevant. You will also need to make note of something you accomplished. After that, move on from it.

Notes:
