Fannin (Tammy) is the Director of Data Management and Operations for the Supreme Council at the House of the Temple in Washington, DC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland, University College and a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Database management from Towson University. Larissa P. Watkins is Librarian at the House of the Temple Library. Educated in Russian Federation as a journalist and librarian, she holds a degree in Library Science from the Cultural Sciences Institute in Ussurisk. Some of her publications include The Men of Dal’zavod, American Masonic Periodicals, 1811-2001, Our Very Illustrious Brother, Abraham Lincoln, Burnsiana, Albert’s Pike String of Pearls, The Constellation of the Brotherhood, and Grand Crosses of the Court of Honour. Robert George Watkins, Jr., 33° was raised to the Sublime Degree in Alexandria-Washington Lodge, No. 22, at Alexandria, Virginia, and in 2007 was a Worshipful Master of this historical Lodge. He became a Master of the Royal Secret in the Valley of Alexandria in April 1996, received the rank and decoration of a Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in October 1997, elected a 33°, Inspector General Honorary, and coroneted by the Supreme Council at the Jubilee Session in 2001. Ill. Brother Watkins served his Valley as Venerable Master of the Lodge of Perfection and served two Sessions of the Supreme Council, 33°, SJ, USA, as a Tyler.
